Digital First, Account Executive

We are looking for a self-starter with a successful record of multimedia sales and customer service. This position focuses on growing revenue by proactively pursuing and growing revenue from existing advertisers and developing new revenues from new advertisers and clients. This role builds client relationships through positive customer service and offers clients digital media advertising solutions to achieve targeted results.

A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate past success in creating and selling digital, and mobile campaigns. SEO, SMS, SEM, SMO and Web Development experience preferred. 2 years sales experience and ability to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of all digital-media products is required.

Responsibilities:
•Manage and grow existing account list
•Analyze clients' and prospects' advertising and marketing needs and consultatively recommend appropriate advertising solutions; quote rates and schedule advertising;
•Seek out opportunities to drive incremental sales while managing existing business; aggressively pursue opportunities for new business;
•Achieve and exceed personal sales goals;
•Be able to confidently speak digital terms and teach clients about new digital opportunities.
•Build and maintain strong client relationships;
•Maintain complete records on active and historic advertiser activity in
•Keep up-to-date with industry trends, trade journals, etc. as they pertain to your accounts.

Requirements:
•3-5 years in Digital Advertising Sales; (No Exceptions)
•Ability to successfully make sales presentations and close sales over the phone and in person to existing and prospective clients;
•Excellent organizational, time management and follow-through skills;
•Ability to effectively manage and service approximately 200 existing accounts;
•Ability to make cold calls and build new client relationships;
•Ability to thrive in a very fast paced deadline driven environment;
•Superior customer service, and verbal and written communication skills;
•Telephone sales experience preferred;
•Knowledge of Post products and rates preferred;
•Experience efficiently using a CRM System(s)
•Experience with Digital and Mobile platforms, CPM based selling and knowledge of Industry across branded sites, portals and social media.
