Emily Eyring

Product Manager for DeseretNews.com

Emily is a product manager for DeseretNews.com at DDM. She focuses on the content, tools and design of the Faith and Family Life sections.

Prior to joining DDM, Emily received a Bachelor of Science degree in communication summa cum laude, with an emphasis in journalism, from BYU–Idaho. She served as a writer, assistant editor, section editor and copyeditor for the university’s newspaper, Scroll. She also completed at six-month internship with Bennett Communications, writing for Utah Valley Magazine, Utah Valley Bride and Utah Valley BusinessQ.

Three years in Japan and weekends in Tokyo’s shopping districts have given her an affinity for sushi and sightseeing.
