MEDICAL/DENTAL BENEFIT PLANS

You’ll have access to your choice of several different medical/dental plans for both individuals and families through Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators.

RETIREMENT ACCOUNTS

In addition to a 401(k) plan with a matching contribution, we’ll automatically enroll you in our Retirement Plus plan, which provides you an extra contribution each pay period.

TRANSPORTATION BENEFITS

You’ll have the option of free parking in the building's garage or a free UTA pass. If you’d like the flexibility of both, we’ll discount the cost of the UTA pass.

EDUCATION REIMBURSEMENT

You’ll be eligible for reimbursement of up to $3,750 per calendar year for eligible education courses relating to your current and future work.

FLEXIBLE PAID TIME OFF

If you’re a salaried employee, you’ll be eligible for our flexible PTO plan. As long as you’re taking care of business, you can take off whatever time you need.

REMOTE OPTIONS

Certain positions at DDM have the possibility to work remotely — from one day a week to almost exclusively. Flexibility is built into our company culture to help our employees achieve a better work-life balance.
