LOGO USAGE GUIDELINES
ONLY USE APPROVED LOGOS
Only use logos in the colors and configurations represented on the official logo art sheets, which are downloadable on this page. Do not alter logos in any way, including recoloring, distorting, or adding or removing logo elements. Do not add effects like drop shadows, strokes or 3D effects.
MAKE SURE THE LOGO IS SIZED CORRECTLY
There are many different print applications to promote DDM brands. Displaying our logos on items like clothing, packaging, and mugs creates ample opportunity for brand awareness and loyalty.
Choosing a good logo size can be tricky. Small logos decrease the potential impact of a logo, and logos that are too large can look clunky. It’s best to work with a designer and print service to determine the best size. Take note of what size worked the first time around so you can use this in the future to make this process easier.
GIVE IT ENOUGH ROOM TO BREATHE
There should always be a buffer zone surrounding the logo, with no type or graphics appearing in the zone.
KSL logos should have a buffer zone equal to the height of "KSL" inside the orb at any given size.
The Utah.com and DDM logos should have a similarly sized buffer zone. This space should be above, below, and to the left and right of the logo. Do not place other graphics or typography in the minimum clears space area, except for trademark designations when appropriate.
Clear space is particularly important when logos are being used alongside other logos. The clear space allows all the logos to breathe and the communication to be more digestible.

The colors on this website are not intended to match Pantone color standards. For accurate color standards to match, refer to the current editions of Pantone color publications. UTAH.COM LOGOS & COLORS
The main Utah.com logo says "Utah" with the .com stacked under the "h" in Utah. There is also a version with an enlarged ".com" for cases when distance or size makes the smaller ".com" difficult to read. Also included in the Utah.com logo system are Utah.com emblems that replace the word "Utah" with the very recognizable shape of Utah. Emblems are to be used primarily on swag and apparel or as a secondary brand mark that complements the main Utah.com logo.

DDM LOGOS & COLORS
The DDM logo set includes logos that include the DDM word mark, and logos with the logo mark only. Logos without the work mark should be used sparingly and primarily for apparel and swag. It is important to represent the full name of the company in most DDM logo use cases.
